I can’t say enough great things about this senior living facility and the incredible staff who care for my father every day. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, respected, and supported. The team is professional, compassionate, and truly treats residents like family. Communication is always clear, the environment is clean and uplifting, and the level of attention they give each resident brings real peace of mind to our family. Knowing my parent is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who genuinely care means everything to me. Thank you to the entire staff for the patience, kindness, and dedication you show daily it does not go unnoticed!

MeSun Senior Living? • Public • My brother in law was in the facility for around 8 months. When he was first admitted they seemed nice it was a brand new facility. After a certain time he was pushed to go in hospice. He wasn't being checked on like he should've been. He wasn't being treated fairly. My sister in law, his wife was receiving threatening letters telling her a to find a different place for him. Eventually she did pull him out and requested a refund for the time she paid for in which he was no longer there. She was lead to believe it would be refunded, however they have back tracked the Refund. He is 76 with declining health. His wife is 75 and had to hire a lawyer to stop the harassment and threats. The foid they serve was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that loves their loved one.

My father stayed at MeSun Senior Living from early July to early August 2025. While the facility's physical appearance is nice, it was my experience that they failed to follow the specific medical dietary requirements we provided. Despite informing them of his diabetes and low-sodium needs during the pre-move-in assessment, he was served regular food on multiple occasions while I was present. Communication was also a significant hurdle. Management waited until he was already a resident to request a doctor’s note that I believe should have been required on day one. Even after the note was provided, I documented instances where the dietary needs were not met. I personally witnessed him being served a high-sugar brownie, which staff confirmed was not sugar-free. I also observed that the meal slips for my father and my mother (who has no restrictions) were identical, which led me to believe that dietary precautions were not being consistently followed. I also have concerns regarding building security. On weekends, I observed that the front desk was unstaffed, and I was able to walk in without being stopped or checked in. Based on the lack of adherence to medical diets and my observations of the weekend security gaps, I personally cannot recommend this facility to those concerned about their loved one's safety.

MeSun Memory Care has been such a blessing for my parents! It is a beautiful place with lots of windows, and they truly enjoy the bright, cheerful environment. The food is excellent—since arriving, my dad has gained over 16 pounds. In fact, he was in hospice care before, but with the compassionate care he has received here, he has improved so much that he no longer needs hospice. The staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Jane, the public relations coordinator, often sends me pictures and updates on how my parents are doing, which means so much to me. I also had the joy of sharing a Korean meal with my parents there, and it was delicious. Most importantly, my parents are happy and thriving at MeSun. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend this community to any family seeking excellent memory care.

My mother has been here since March 3, 2025 and was the first resident. Before that she had been at MeSun Rehab facility on Johnson Rd in Lawrenceville. Both places get 5 stars. It’s been a little slow filling up with residents but it’s getting better every day. They take great care of her and most importantly she’s happy. Staff turnover has been a little frequent but other than that, I have no complaints.
