Watching a driver for this company that transports elderly people in this vans sucking on a smoke while sitting outside Davita Dialysis Center. Should compromised elderly have to ride in a vehicle or deal with a worker that wreaks of cigarette smoke? She is hacking up a lung.

I was not a passenger but saw this van parked at Apple Tree in Columbus last Wed the 13th in the morning. The driver was smoking in the van. I wouldn't think that the company would allow that. I was not impressed.

Let me start out by saying if I could give this company zero stars I would!!!! Metta Transport was responsible for transporting my 85 yr old grandmother from her Dr appt back to her assisted living facility; while being transported, one of Metta’s Drivers slammed on her brakes resulting in my grandmother flying out from her wheel chair due to the fact she was not properly strapped in. Instead of requesting EMS, the driver asked 2 bystanders to help my grandmother up off the floor of the van. The driver did not report it to the facility or contact EMS — only stated she was sorry over and over. My grandmother was then transported to the hospital form her assisted living facility due to injuries she sustained from being emerged out of her wheelchair. Completely negligent on the driver’s behalf who is suppose to ensure the safety of all passengers in the vehicle. Upon bringing this matter to the attention of Erin (the owner) it was a lot of push back and attitude and she didn’t want to further comply! I don’t recommend this company for your family members they do not have the safety of their passengers at heart. This shouldn’t have happened and their drivers and staff clearly need education on safely and protocol!!!

Coming to visit the beautiful Montello Downtown, and ended up being tailgated by a Metta Transport Van flipping us off, with 3 kiddos in the car. Going 59 in a 55 was not fast enough for them apparently. Poor representation by your employee
