Midland Bickford Cottage

Bickford is the best of the best Assisted Living facility in Midland. My sisters and I totally vetted Bickford as well as other facilities. Others were very good, but Bickford stood out as the undisputed top. Their services, care and attention to details was excellent and my mother thrived health wise and socially. Highly recommend.

One of the best facilities for your loved one or yourself. Great staff and management. The food is chef derived and Delicious .Highly recommend this Bickford of Midland.

A family member went to Bickford to spend his last few days on earth. The care he received was amazing. And the extra care the staff took to make sure his family was comfortable and able to be with him the entire time was above and beyond. They were amazing!!

My grandma was recently there and her room was disgusting. They didn't clean her room, they lost some of her clothes, some of her things were constantly coming up missing, one day I went there and her hands were covered in dry blood due to them allowing her to hand sew a blanket unsupervised knowing they had her overdosed on pain medicine giving her a side affect that resulted in intense shakes and jerks and memory issues. An employee admitted that they forget she is even there and don't tend to her like they should because she is a sweetheart. They also had been double charging her on things as well and since she's no longer there trying to claim she owes double of what her monthly charge was. I am truly disappointed in this place and they should be ashamed of themselves saying they are good for their residents.
