Miles Memory Care

I felt care in this facility was poor. My Dad went in with glasses and the next day they were gone. Nobody wore glasses in that facility, I personally felt that was odd. Once he was no longer there they miraculously showed up, mmm odd. I feel a dementia patient needs all sensory tools at there disposal to function!! Toilet paper was a issue none in restrooms they had to ask for it, dementia patient don't know to ask for it or who to ask. Shame on that facility, when looking at this facility beware.

This place is so amazing! I’m so glad we found Miles Memory Care as we were desperate for some quality care for my dad who was failing quickly with dementia. The love and care this staff had was top tier. I felt like everyone treated my dad with the utmost respect and I’m glad he was able to spend his final days with dignity. I will never have enough words to say to thank everyone who helped take care of him. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

I known someone who lives at these place Mile Memory Cares. The staffs are so patient to the residents . They’re all so kind and grateful. We’re so blessed having them to take good care of our parents.

In looking for a community for my grandmother, my family toured a lot of communities. This place just felt right, warm welcoming and friendly staff. Great activities with the residents. My grandma wouldn’t eat but she loves the food here. My grandma’s doctor recommended this place and we couldn’t be happier.

This community is beautiful, the staff are nice, and has a home like atmosphere. My loved one just admitted here and the staff are so nice and welcoming. 5 star rating for sure
