MILESTONE SENIOR LIVING LINCOLN CBRF

I wish someone told me my mother was at this facility 5 years ago so I could have visited mom before she was so confused with memory problems. Only 2 family members of 6 knew where she was and they would not tell her other children or siblings because they control her money. Now that I know I am going to visit.

After searching for a place for my folks for several months, it was a relief and it was with delight we found Milestone in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. My folks enjoy the spacious apartment, the convenient amenities like the laundry and Harley Room, and the filling meals that are served in the dining room. The facility is clean, modern, and very, very spacious. It's extremely handy to all of town and the surrounding area. We are so grateful for the helpful staff and wonderful care my parents are receiving at Milestone.

I love the caring staff at Milestone Senior Living - Tomahawk. I believe that Grandma has the best quality of life possible. The staff is very supportive and the activities are on going. It is great to see the residents enjoying their days.

Mom's mobility has declined greatly since she first moved into Milestone over a year ago. During the first 6 months of her being there she was content and the staff was attentive to her needs. The lack of communication though by upper management was very poor during that time. We have seen recent changes in management and that has been a great change. The staff continues to do a great job caring for mom and calls if they feel there is an issue that needs to be addressed by family or doctor. Tiffany by far is one of the best resident care givers you have on staff. She does a great job with mom and all the residents. We are very comfortable with mom where she is at and hope she can stay until end of life. Milestone gives us the peace of mind she is being cared for in place of her family who cannot on a daily basis.

We are so grateful for this wonderful facility that provides a safe living space for my mother. Not only is she safe, but she lives in a beautifully appointed home where she can socialize with her peers and experience a variety of entertainment opportunities. Mom is treated with care and respect and she continues to thrive even at the age of 95! Dennis and Wendy Mannering
