Milestone has been a blessing to our family. They hold regular events that provide opportunities for family connection with our Mom. They also go above and beyond to assist in problem solving for issues that impact her daily life. Brent and Jennifer make sure things run smoothly for members and families. Other staff members address issues quickly and with kindness and compassion. It is heartwarming to see our Mom happy and well cared for in this season of her life and we appreciate all they do for our family.

I wanted to love Milestones. Having no experience I assumed some things that were happening were normal memory care things so my family just rolled with it and hoped for the best. My beloved step father passed the day before Christmas eve. My grieving mother has yet to receive a condolence from the manager or director and to add injury to insult they took the (astronomical) monthly amount out of her account. I understand it's the holidays and how the auto withdrawal could be an oversight but how awful to feel so vulnerable moving your husband into a memory care facility, trust that establishment with the care of a loved one, lose your loved one at Christmas, receive zero condolences and then have them withdraw THOUSANDS of dollars from your account January 1st. Absolutely shameful.

It's been about a month since my grandparents moved into assisted living at Milestone. It's been a month of adjustments and changes that I knew would have highs and lows. Milestone staff have been accommodating and genuinely interested in supporting me and my grandparents in making this big transition a success. As is common, my grandparent's decision to move to assisted living was one made after a steady decline in their ability to live safely independently. They were to a point where my grandpa could no longer physically care for my grandma in the way he had been for years, yet they wished to remain living together. At Milestone my grandma is now able to get the care she needs and my grandpa is able to remain independent in his daily activities all in the same apartment-style unit that feels more home-like than the typical assisted living. From the moment I called to inquire, I felt listened to and supported. Administrators Brent, Jennifer, Bridgette and all the resident assistants are professional and kind. My grandpa is, without question, a tough customer but Milestone staff have done their very best to make this difficult transition one that he can feel confident in. I visit my grandparents almost every day and at different times of the day. The building is always clean and administrators are present. Milestone was a great choice for my grandparents and I look forward to continued partnership with the facility staff as they continue to settle into their new home.

Milestone Senior Living has been an absolute blessing for my uncle. From the very first day, the leadership team made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Jen is always so kind, welcoming, and on top of every detail, and Brent brings such steady, reassuring leadership that you can feel throughout the whole building. The caregivers at Milestone are truly exceptional. They’re patient, gentle, and they treat my uncle like he’s part of their own family. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. And I have to mention Brygit, the nurse, who has been incredible. Even with the many moving parts of his care, she takes her time, explains everything, and brings such warmth and confidence that our whole family feels at ease. My uncle has felt safe, respected, and completely at home, which is everything we hoped for. I can’t thank Milestone enough for the compassion, consistency, and heart they’ve shown every step of the way.

We absolutely love Milestone! It's such a beautiful facility, and the staff/leadership team are amazing. We love partnering with them when our clients need assisted living and/or memory care. Jen is doing an incredible job in the community and always has such fun ideas for events!
