THEY WONT TELL ME HOW MY FATHER DIED IN THEIR CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WONT PICK UP THE PHONE !!! They didn’t even contact me THEY CONTACTED A FUNERAL HOME TO CONTACT ME !!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES THERE. MY FATHER WAS ONLY THERE FOR 3 WEEKS.

My nephew is there they won't answer phone when they do that act like ur love one is not there giving his name over and over put u on hold like they forgot about you. Won't get his haircut buy him clothes they take them give him dead people clothes and say don't no where they are. No one cares about them so 😢 sad.

My sister was there they kept her checks for about 10 months when she finally got it and when she really relocated they only give her part of her money and then reported her missing when the social services was notified then they reported a missing said that they did not know where she went when they had transported her to another place but after that they still got her text that were back that was supposed to go to the new place so Social Security is investigating them now they have embezzled money and been changed owners and names several times because of this I don't know how they're still operating

Calling this place just to reach family member. No one picks up the phone at all. This right here is bad business. It doesn't make sense that the phone just ring over and over at the place. I need to talk to someone or a head person that is in charge of the place.

I would not ever recommend this place for your love ones. My brother just moved into this facility and today was his birthday. I was so excited to call and wish him a happy birthday. Normally when you call a place of business they answer saying the companies name as well as their name. Today Sept.7th 2023 at 6:20PM a female staff member answered the phone with a “hello” only, I asked if I could speak to my brother and gave his name. She said “who is this”? I said I’m his sister and gave my name. She placed me on hold to only hang up on me. I called again only for the same female staff saying “hello”. I asked if this was Mill Creek Manor and she said yes it is. I asked if I could speak to my brother and again she asked who I was. I repeated myself once again I’m his sister calling to wish him a happy birthday. She placed me on hold for a really long time only to pick up and say I can’t speak to him because of his behavior. I reminded her that this was his home not prison and that his right to speak to family can not be taken away from him and I asked again what was her name. She hung up on me and family is not able to get through. We are reaching out to our attorney on matters but we also want the public to know this is not a place you would want to put your love one in. This has us so upset and worried for his safety- we are calling police to do a well check on our brother now to make sure he is safe.
