We moved my mother here from another facility and are very pleased with the care and food as well as activities. Most importantly, we have noticed that Mill Pond has long term staff members in many important positions which makes for a pleasant home-like atmosphere.

“The staff at Mill Pond has been incredibly caring and attentive to my loved one. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels welcoming. Communication is excellent—they always keep our family informed. I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown every day. Highly recommend!”

Staff is very friendly and helpful! When I walk in I am always greeted with a smile from everyone working. Any questions or concerns I may have they are prompt with finding answers and getting things taken care of. My mom’s room is always clean and the food is top notch. Their social events seem well organized and the residents always look forward to them. My biggest statement to all of my friends and family is that I never have to worry about the care my mom is getting because I know she is getting the best!

Our mom, June Albright, was a resident at Mill Pond's Legacy Lane Unit (Memory Care) for four years. The care she received was outstanding. Amanda Waller and her team are competent in their role as caregivers, kind and compassionate. Each member of the team understood mom's needs, her routine, what she loved and adapted mom's plan of care to meet mom's needs. Our family was always updated on any changes in mom's status or plan of care and team members were always receptive to suggestions, concerns, etc, and were transparent with us at all times. This is a special team of individuals who loved and cared for our mom until she left this world. We will be forevery grateful for the Mill Pond Legacy Lane team. Thank you, Jackie Eitel

I have to brag on Amanda Waller, my dad is in her unit which is the Legacy Lane. I am having a hardtime with my dad having dementia and being there. He lived with my husband and I for 2 years until he got pneumonia and the flu. He was taken to the hospital then to Mill Pond. I will be honest it took me a little time to adjust and trust. But Amanda has been there for us thru thick and thin. On weekends when shes off. Late at night and even on her vacation. She started a support group for the families in the unit. Which is soo helpful She takes the residents and does special things with them. They have so many fun activities there for all the residents not just this unit. I have to brag on Mill Pond for being amazing. But if I didnt have Amanda behind my back. Im not sure I could trust as much as I do. There are several others that are good as well. Amanda is top notch. Her and Jennifer make quite an amazing team. My dad is definitely in good hands. I visit him every day. I love this place. Thank you Mill Pond for loving my dad like your own
