The staff were very helpful with the care and assistance with me being able to walk again with physical therapy on a daily basis. My stay there was pleasant and very helpful given my serious injury. -Paul

This is one of the worst care facilities in the state , maybe in the world. They don't have bars on the beds to keep the clients safe. They don't give the proper diets per doctors orders. It's pathetic and illegal, they need to be shut down immediately before someone loses their life. I pray something is done soon 🙏

If you really care about your loves one do not place them here at Millbrae care center I honestly, this place should be shut down, the nurses and the C.N.A don’t care patients are Severely, Neglected C.N.A. Not passing water to the patients ( Dehydrated) not changing brief due to short of staff and can’t not even get a break time and lunch and the worst thing they want us to clock out for lunch during patients care and clock in if done 30minute. And also patients not being taken care of showers I hope that state of California needs to triple check this place due to the community noticed signs of neglect over working workers without breaks, patients being unattended, management not putting effort towards the building being up to date and I believe if this doesn’t get handled soon then most patients die not taker patients.

I have many nurses due to shift changes. I’m fortunate to have Monica Rani as my nurse. I wish I had her every day. She’s intelligent but humble. Most importantly is she cares. She never hesitates to help me even when it’s not within her daily duties. Monica goes out of her way to fulfill my requests anytime any day. The world needs more like her. Thank you God for Monica. Thank you Monica

My Mom came here in early December 2022 for what we thought would be a two to three week stay. It has ended up being much longer, and now she is in hospice care here. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the staff here. SNF's have bad reputations, and some need to be better. But here my mom is accepted, loved, and cared for at a high level...BK
