They were kind to my dad at his worst moment. His situation was horrible and they did everything possible to make it better. They helped get him from Florida to NJ . They were our only option. Highly recommend

The care for my husband has been excellent. The staff - John Rakebrandt, Operations Manager/Nurse, and caretakers Christina and Naomi - have been caring and professional. They are always available to answer questions. I have seen a great improvement in my husband’s mobility and eating since being here.

My mother, currently 90 years old, lived with me for eight years after her Alzheimer’s-dementia diagnosis. When I made the painful decision to move her into a memory care residence, we had a *terrible* experience at another facility. My mom was, at the very least, neglected. She was practically thrown out after she exhibited behavioral issues, largely due to *severe* digestion/constipation problems that were never addressed effectively, if at all. The night she was transported to Millennium in Ocean Township, I was met (at midnight) by staff ready to sit and speak with me as long as necessary about my mom’s particular history. The physical issues that the prior residence was unable or unwilling to address in three weeks were corrected by John, Millennium’s Director of Operations, *within 24 hours* of my mom’s arrival. The difference between the facilities was like night and day. I am confident in the quality of care and attention my mom gets at Millennium-Ocean Township. She’s been there for 10 months now. The staffing has been consistent (which makes a huge difference, in my experience) and staff members have truly gotten to know and appreciate my mom as an individual despite her continual decline from this savage disease. Though the sadness remains with me, it is truly a comfort and relief that I am able to trust the care my mom receives. Particular kudos go to Kim, the current manager at the Ocean Township residence, who runs a tight ship, and John, who continues to keep an eye out for my mom. They are always prompt in their responses and communicate with me daily, if needed. They and their staff consistently balance heart with efficiency, doing what I’m sure is often a very difficult job. This journey has been difficult, often heartbreaking, but I am grateful that my mom and I found our way to Millennium-Ocean Township. In her current condition, I couldn’t expect better direct care than she receives there.

Thank God for Millennium Memory Care! My mother's vascular dementia, exacerbated by the isolation caused by the COVID-19 quarantines, progressed to the point where other memory care facilities could not handle her behavioral issues. If not for Rayna and her marvelous staff at Millennium Memory Care at Ocean, I truly do not know what we would have done. They provide the personalized level of attention needed by the people in their care. It is truly a calling to do this kind of work, and our entire family is so grateful for all they do.

We would like to thank the entire staff at the Ocean Millennium for their dedication toward the residents. When we arrive we’re always greeted with a smile which puts us at ease. Reyna, the manager, is in contact if something is needed or my aunt has a problem of any kind. Christine, the social coordinator, works really at engaging all the residents in many activities and she truly seems to care about them all. It is so comforting knowing my aunt is surrounded by this incredible caring staff.
