Miller Beach Terrace

Miller Beach Terrace is a awful place they have,bed bugs cockroaches mice,sub stander meals,they take all your money, staff only cares about them selves , Well you have know idea who I am I, I only lived there from 1/19/2023 till 1/05/2024 And I was the one who called the state and I was the one who showed them the blood stains on my pillow and they saw cockroaches in the mice traps.

My name is Marc Schumann. They have bed bugs and the place is infested with mice. A mentally ill 350pound man attacked a resident that didn't provoke him and he got arrested and then they got a 350 pound man out of jail. There also a resident shot another resident.It needs to be shut down.

Miller Beach has been pitching in to help place the residents of the sister facility in Spuoth Bend, Portage Manor. The staff at Portage has been amazing.

This place seems more like a prison they are taking all my mother in laws money and don’t have WiFi or TVs or even phones in the rooms and the place is filthy the first night she was their she saw a mouse in her room .. everytime I try to call they won’t let me speak to her and make up some excuse why she can’t come to the phone and they aren’t telling her I’m calling it seems very shady.. When I asked to speak to a nurse she wouldn’t speak to me Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

While I was grateful to be able to have a roof over my head and a place to shower, I will say for the mostpart the employees were nice, although some had attitudes. The food I can say was mostly tasteless and cold eggs/toast usually every single morning, I honestly found the food at ever meal revolting and as a result lost 20 pounds off my 140 pound body. For the amount of SSI Disability money they received from each person each month I have the inclination to say the food and rooming should have been better. Bedbugs and mice in the building also.
