My brother Tom Swan has received the best possible care at Millers Merry Manor—Personal attention, wonderful therapy, and immediate response to his medical needs. Excellent care.

My father has been in this nursing home for rehab for over 3 weeks (2 different stays). His bottom is a mess of bedsores and they claim to turn/reposition everyone every two hours. One day they left my dad in his wheelchair for 4 hours and today he was left in his wheelchair for SIX hours even though I requested three times that they reposition him. When the girl came in with a lift to finally do it, she said, "Well, there's only 2 of us here tonight" I said, "Fine. I'm just documenting." She said, "Document away" and then walked out. IF they don't have the staff to reposition someone every two hours, they should at least quit claiming that it is "standard protocol!" Especially if the patient is diabetic and has bedsores.

I do agree that the interior is not in the same 2024 conditions but I have no issues with the nurses that have been there for my Dad but I have so many questions about the right decision to change my dad's opinion to get a hold of the social worker on staff to help me with the situation with the other things going on? please don't forget to contact me at your earliest convenience please I appreciate it

Having to be assigned to this place has been quite the adjustment for me. Thankfully, I can appreciate the positives that occur with my residency. It’s been challenging being in here. I miss being independent and creating my dinners, working on my own laundry, driving to dr appointments, shopping, all the daily chores of daily living. It’s been a long challenge trying to get used to being under so much care.

This place is a COMPLETE & UTTER JOKE! The nurses that help my loved one turns down the volume or even turns her phone off. Then they complain when we call and ask if they can check to see if her volume is up since she has a hard time hearing her phone. They have also left her on the bed pan for almost 2 hours! They are not making sure she is turned so she has bed sores. The nurse she had the other night told my loved one that she needs to stop calling and telling her family things and to stop complaining. The rooms look gross and they act like they dont care about their jobs. This place isn't even worth the 1 star.😡
