Mint Hill Senior Living

I am incredibly impressed with Mint Hill Senior Living. I visited the facility a year ago and what a drastic change from my recent visit. The appearance is very clean, inviting and welcoming. I am truly amazed how attentive the staff are. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved how everyone was so interactive with the families and residents. I highly recommend Mint Hill to anyone looking to place their loved one in a assisted living facility. It's more like home than a facility.

I have visited numerous senior living facilities that accept individuals with low incomes. I was horrified at the conditions of most of the places I visited. Mint Hill Assisted Living was my last hope. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt a sense of peace and genuine care. The staff at Mint Hill Assisted Living treated my mother and every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their background or financial means. It's not just a place where people live; it's a place where people are genuinely cared for, celebrated, and supported. As a daughter and caregiver, knowing that my mother is surrounded by attentive professionals who see her as a whole person—not just a room number—has brought me immense comfort. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. I am deeply grateful for the heart-centered care and quality of life this community provides. It's rare to find a place where the level of care and kindness isn't dependent on how much you pay—but here, everyone is treated like family.

The change in this building is truly remarkable. It is now always clean and organized . The staff are professional and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate all the changes and I am so grateful for this for my loved one!

I love Mint Hill Senior Living! I think that they are very under rated! As being one of the only community around the area that hasn't had covid in the building. That is very impressive! The staff is absolutely amazing! It is because of their dedication to the well-being of our seniors that they have been able to keep covid at bay! We as a community need to show more appreciation to them! Would give 10 stars if I could

Not sure what the bad reviews are all about. My dad currently resides here and we couldn't be happier with this facility and the care they provide him. Very kind, friendly, caring nurses and employees that are very responsiveto our questions or concerns. They provide great meals and always have activities for the residents to have fun and unwind!
