My sibling moved from another memory care facility into memory care at Mira Vie, Tinton Falls a year ago. He was not ambulatory and was able to use a hoyer at Mira Vie which was important. Consequently his quality of care improved as he has been included with the residents and has settled in. The Memory Care and nursing staff are very knowledgeable, very good, very caring; and although he can no longer communicate they include him in activities of the residents which I know he appreciates. Many people look for the next shiny thing in memory care and Mira Vie may not have all the "bling" but they do have staff who are knowledgeable, have experience and importantly care about him, and who we trust.

I’m sorry to say at this point I would very much steer any of your loved ones away from this facility. It has gone so far south in the last year and a half. It’s hard to describe how little they care about the people who live there. The current director, Jennifer and the lawyer could not be less empathetic or less compassionate or less concerned. The conversations that have been had with them are so frustrating and sad There has only been one working elevator for months. It is a safety issue. The general council knows about this so does the director of the facility. I can’t even imagine what would happen if they were a fire and all the people upstairs in a wheelchair were trapped, but they purposefully for months and months and months just made it look like somebody was moving in that day and that the elevator was reserved instead of fixing it. The food is terrible. The chef is wonderful, but the quality of food that they’re buying now for him to prepare is terrible. they went from having pretty decent food to having really unpalatable food. The only difference is the quality of the suppliers that they get the food from not the people who prepare it They’ve been told all of this by letters from the residents and the residents families and they refused and continue to refuse to fix this, they do nothing. they have fired all the beloved long-term staff who were there for more than 10 years who really cared about the community. They have reneged on Written agreements with tenants, I personally can vouch for this. For months this summer, there was absolutely no vehicle to transport any of the residents because they were missing a part for the air conditioning, but they denied that even though the residents were telling them and telling their loved ones that this was true I could list many many more things that are wrong with this place, but there are so many really nice places to put your loved ones right now in Monmouth County and this is not a safe, healthy or kind place to put your loved one and I really suggest looking elsewhere. I wrote this in December 2025. This is a really sad situation and I write this after months and months of months of trying to get them to do the right thing.

The staff here always give it their all to provide the best care and quality of living for the residents. That includes the kitchen staff who ensure that the residents eat off of clean plates, drink from clean glasses, and get served quality food. With a large selection that rotates on a semi regular basis. You can tell there is a healthy variety to enjoy.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the compassionate care our mother has received at Mira Vie in Tinton Falls. She’s been part of the community for just over a year, and the experience has exceeded our expectations in every way. From day one, the staff treated us like family—professional, responsive, and genuinely devoted to creating a safe and uplifting environment for residents. Our mother had few options for quality memory care in northern New Jersey, but Mira Vie welcomed her with open arms and a thoughtful approach to her needs. Thanks to their enriching activities, engaging events, and dedication to keeping residents on the memory care floor active and connected, our mom is thriving. We couldn’t be more thankful to Mira Vie for their ongoing support and exceptional care. They’ve made all the difference. thank you Marie S family

The team at Mira Vie of Tinton Falls is wonderful. It is a difficult transition moving a loved one into memory care but Angela supported me throughout the whole process. Angela as well as other members of the team provided me with their direct cell phones to be able to contact them and they never made me feel like my questions were too many or too often. During the adjustment I worked closely with the nursing staff regarding my mom’s medications. Vanessa and Ashley were both so friendly and helpful. I truly felt that they cared about making my mom comfortable. The psychical therapy team also stepped in quickly to pick up PT exactly where my mom left off with her prior therapists. It is reassuring to know my mom is safe at Mira Vie and supported by a great staff.
