I had such a great experience with Write It Off Pack N’Ship in West Bend. I needed to have something mailed FedEx Express. It was nice to have an actual human answer the phone and let me know when exactly the Express pick up would be. We got our package safely to the store & had the pleasure of meeting both Jake and his wife Courteney (the owners). Great shop with packing materials, cards, etc. The service is exceptional! I worked with Write it Off Pack N Ship to mail documents to Argentina and they were very helpful and patient with assisting me. The co-owner (I think his name is Jake) was very accommodating answering all the questions I have during the entire process! If you need help with shipping, definitely go to this place. They are amazing!
