I was a patient at Pacific Care for 2 months. They have great a an amazing nursing team took good care of me during my stay.

My father spent two weeks at Pacific Care Nursing Center for rehabilitation following a recent hospitalization. We were very impressed with the quality of care he received. The facility is clean and well managed, the food is good, and the staff, including the nurses and administrative team, are professional, attentive, and compassionate. If my father requires a skilled nursing facility in the future, Pacific Care Nursing Center will be our first choice. Highly recommended.

My husband was at this facility for 5 months he had told them multiple times he was itching all over they had not done anything to help him with it he was supposed to have physical therapy and they did not even hardly ever get hit him up to do that up until the last month he ended up in keizer with scabies this facility should be burnt down some of the staff have been very nice the physical therapy department really sucked my name is Michelle Krueger I am the wife of Dan Krueger and I want this place known that if it's not clean then people need to start shaping up and getting things done right about it people that had infections should not even be able to go back there again

Staffs are all incredibly great in doing their utmost care to my daughter.superb nursing care. Nothing to ask for more.i think every part of the facility is well kept clean at all times .

My Grandmother has been cared for here for several years. I live out of state and only have visited a handful of times. Every visit has been a pleasure, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and appreciated. Questions about her care were answered honestly, and i truly feel comfortable with how my Grandma has been cared for. In times of short staffing, and an industry that has a complicated reputation, this facility shines and appears to be extremely well managed and compassionate toward the residents. Bravo to everyone responsible for setting the example for other facilities, and a personal THANK YOU to everyone who gives my beloved Grandma such wonderful care. - Lynette D
