My mother has lived at Maple Springs skilled nursing facility in Brigham City for almost a year. It has been a very good experience! All of the staff have been attentive, kind, and fun while providing good care. They are frequently checking in on her and answering her call light quickly. They've provided meaningful activities, effective therapy, good meals, and assistance with medical appointments. Housekeeping and laundry staff have kept her room neat and her clothing clean and smelling good. The administrator (Danni) and patient advocate (Chelsey) have always taken time to listen and assist with anything needed. Nursing staff is friendly and interactive when providing daily care and my mother has always been treated with kindness and dignity. Her medical and daily care needs have been consistently met. The building has beautiful spaces for families to use and gather when visiting and it even has a movie theater. I know meeting the care needs of patients can be challenging and I can't imagine a facility doing a better job at it than Maple Springs has done for my mother. They have been a blessing for her and for our family. Thank you, Maple Springs!

My mother stayed here from December 2024 until her passing in August 2025. The facilities and staff are top notch Mom suffered from dementia, and was often combative as a result. The staff were very patient and compassionate towards her. I only gave 4 stars because the parking situation is very poor. My mother was in the first bulding as you come in off 750 West. There are only 4 stalls by the building and only 2 are for Handicapped. When coming to visit someone the closest available parking is about 100 yards away... a challenge for us seniors and especially those of us with mobility problems There is a parking lot across the street, but it is reserved for some medical clinics and isn't available to people coming to Maple Springs during business hours. I hope management will act proactively on the parking problem and make the facilities more accessible.

I begged to get my dad in here after his week long hospital stay. I did so much research on multiple places in Weber and Davis county and we still picked this one because of how nice it looked. Looks aren't everything, I know. When he was finally approved to move in the admit process was so easy and they made it so easy to understand what's going on. They have treated my dad nothing short of wonderful. He loves it there. It feels like home to him. He's not the easiest patient but they are so kind and patient with him. They also keep me informed on everything going on. They make sure he and I are very involved in decision making. I can't thank Jen, Chelsea, Diana, James and all the aides that take care of him enough. I'd chose this place 100 times over for any of my loved ones.

This is a great facility and resource for our community. Finding quality care for a loved one close to home can be very difficult and frustrating. I feel mission is quick to address problems and really works at the quality in care. My family was looking for a quality care facility close to her home in Pleasant View, and we were grateful to find this option. Unfortunately she passed away before we entered the facility but received the information we needed and felt she would have a great experience there, and felt the staff were very knowledgeable to anticipate our possible needs and it was so nice to have this quality service close to home for dad.

I love this place. The staff is great. The building is beautiful, they even have a cool movie theater room. The new administration, Kylie and Danni are super sweet and nice. They do anything to help and make you feel at home. I really love the self serve soda and coffee machine. The facility is really quiet and calm.
