My grandma spent 100 days in this rehab facility, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the care she received. From day one, the staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It never felt like she was “just another patient” — they took the time to really know her, encourage her, and support her through every step of her recovery. Over those 100 days, the team became like family to her. They celebrated her progress, comforted her on hard days, and always made sure she felt safe and respected. As a family, that meant everything to us. Knowing she was not only well cared for medically, but also emotionally, gave us incredible peace of mind. We are so grateful for the dedication, warmth, and professionalism of everyone there. This place didn’t just help my grandma heal — they gave her connection, dignity, and love. Absolute overall amazing staff and food is wonderful. This facility truly cares for there residents.

My father in law was sent there to recover by St Pats. Didn't make it through the night. He stepped in somebody else's feces in the shared bathroom for 8 residents, the food was canned garbage, they served a severe type 2 diabetic applejuice and a carby dinner, it smelled terrible, the staff just looked beat down, and he was roomed with a nearly naked guy who insisted on hip hop music on repeat, and the facilities themselves are just dirty and worn out. We came and got him out of there and made arrangements for home care. His situation really needs more than that, but incomplete home care is better than this place.

Missoula Health & rehab is a great facility. They took wonderful care of my mother. They treated her like family even through her refusal of cares and often difficult behaviors. They have a full staff available (nurses, CNAs, dietary, activities, social services, etc.)24/7 and a great therapy unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed long term care or short term care.

Missoula Health and Rehab may not be the most “glamorous” assisted living facility in town. But they have some of the best staff without a doubt. They are kind, caring and compassionate. What they do on the daily is not easy- and keep in mind they also are in the process of updating equipment and living spaces. My father is a resident- and he loves the staff and environment- Karrie and team are on top his appointments and medications. They also call me directly with any questions or concerns. While it may not be the newest and prettiest facility- your loved one will receive quality care from amazing people.
