Our mother will move to Charter in one week, and we could not be happier with our choice. Everyone has treated us with kindness, care, respect, and professionalism. The community is clean, fresh, light-filled, and smiling. The staff, all of them, are friendly, personable, professional, knowledgable, helpful, patient, and informative. We look forward to being part of this community for the rest of our mother's life.

My mom has been at Charter since July. As any family it’s hard to move your mom into a place that is not her home. I was very nervous about the move but it has been nothing but a great experience. The people who run it are some of the nicest people I’ve meet and keep me in the loop. There is a team that work in memory care and they are all fantastic. They make my mom feel like she has a new home. She always tells me how much she loves the people who care for her and that they are her friends. Also the nursing team is outstanding. For anyone who is reading this it’s important you know my mom can be tough so for her to speak of this place and what I’ve experienced when I’m there you can’t find a better place and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for care.

Great facility and supportive staff. Maria Woods is an exemplary professional. She has helped me so much with my sister and her needs. She has been a great advocate for all the community residents. I am very pleased with how my sister is cared for and made to feel like an integral part of the community. I have also noticed how attentive the staff is to other community members. My sister says the food is delicious and there are many activities for the community residents.

Charters has many services needed for an aging population. The staff is awesome and committed to listening and caring for residents with empathy. The amount of activities and service are unmatched. I am able to work without the stress of wondering if my loved one is engaged.

The facility was clean and no smells when I visited. The staff seemed very nice. The residents looked like they were well taken care of.👍
