The new administrator is doing an excellent job, lots of new changes. Very clean and has spacious rooms. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a great community. The new executive director and resident care coordinator are doing a wonderful job. The community is clean and has no bad smells. The rooms are nice size and furnished with stylish furniture. The small community setting is quiet and peaceful and has been a great environment! That helps with the overwhelming feelings that often come with moving into any care setting. I highly recommend contacting them for your loved ones.

When we moved my mother here things started out good and we were satisfied with the service that they provided, however, when my mother died it became extremely difficult getting any kind of communication with management. We have attempted on multiple occasions to contact management but have been met with voicemails and no return phone calls or email after being promised that someone will contact either myself or my father. I did speak to the finance manager and she promised that someone from corporate would call me back and she was going to send me an email and that was roughly a month ago. Dealing with the death of a love one is difficult by itself but now having to deal with this is adding to my grief.
