Be careful sending your loved ones here all the caregivers do not care about the residents and even the directors have their picks and so does the hire up. Residents are not treated the way they should be treated and nothing is as it appears

The staff is amazing and super friendly! They offer so many options and activities for my Grandmother. The rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend! We are so fortunate to have facility like this in the area!

Monarch Place in Hanceville is by far one of the best assisted-living facilities that we visited. The facility, as well as the administration, was above board, honest, and beyond helpful. We met with the administrator, the admission director, and the director of nursing, who all made us feel very comfortable and confident about the transition of our mother to Monarch Place. Hunter McDowell, the Admission Director, went out of his way to go above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our mother and us to feel as comfortable as possible. We've been there for several months, and we have another relative who has been there for several years, and we are very pleased. Thank you, Hunter McDowell, for going above and beyond to help us get our mother into the facility. You answered every question that we had and made us feel very comfortable. You were above board and truthful with everything you said. Thank you again. We did look at some that were a little bit cheaper, but they did not come even close to the type of facility Monarch is. We visited several that were much more expensive and still didn’t compare to Monarch Place. We are beyond satisfied with Monarch Place. We had some friends from our church who had placed their mother in another facility regretted it, and now have switched over to Monarch Place. Thank you to the Monarch Place for helping us.
