MONTCLAIR VILLA INC

Mom has been here since Thanksgiving 2022. The minute we walked in it was obvious how the Home was warm and inviting. Decorated for the Holidays. Mom, who is now 96, has required increased care over time and every step up necessary has been handled with utmost care, compassion and professionalism. Radu, Dana and all the wonderful staff could not be more accommodating. Whenever I call, Andrea, who has been here for many years, could not be more warm and kind. My Father in Law is now with us in Az, requiring a comparable facility, Radu has gone so far as to assist us in the Search. I've seen a number facilities now in recent years, Montclair Villa is absolutely the best! Such a relief to me and my family in Rocklin to know Mom is ok.

Mom has been at Montclair Villa for 2 1/2 years now. Her health has been up and down and the team at Montclair Villa has been a complete family group. Not only does mom feel completely at home, the family members who visit are also included as family. Guest care is the number one priority and in 2 1/2 years not only have we never experienced a problem or issue, we have never seen a problem or issue. If you are looking for a board and care for you or your loved ones look no further. We have done a lot of homework this is the best. Do yourself a favor, stop looking and give them a call.

I met Radu and Dana when I started visiting one of their residents every week. I was immediately struck by their welcoming presence, strong work ethic, and commitment to making their clients feel safe and “at home.” The environment was more comfortable and personalized than typical care facilities. Sadly, my friend has passed on and I haven’t seen Radu and Dana for a few months, but I hope to connect again with them in the future. If you or a loved one are looking for a place with a caring home environment and hard-working staff, then Montclair should be top of the list!

As a previous Geriatric Care Manager, my expectations are quite high. However, Montclair Villa exceeded all of my expectations. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, but they are loving and kind. Radu is on top of things like noticing changes in condition and a need for medical attention. He is also great with communication/updates and never once complained about our daily calls. Additionally, Dana and Andrea go out of their way with little touches (haircuts, nail painting, cooking favorite meals). It's rare and refreshing to find a home like this, where I feel the quality care is always a priority.

My dad was in the care of Montclair Villa for over 3 years. I had searched/interviewed many facilities in the area but was not comfortable until I went to Montclair. Radu and his staff are great. Professional, experienced in care giving but also they have a passion for what they do. This is what made the difference. It is an excellent facility that provided great care (above and beyond) for my dad. My dad asked that he remain there for the remainder of the time he had as they took great care of him.
