THE MONTECITO SENIOR LIVING

My mother currently lives at The Montecito. I really love this place for her and it truly gives me a peace of mind knowing she is safe and has good care in independent living. I mean her little place is so cute and it’s always clean. It’s way less expensive than most places and offered 3 meals a day, activities that are spread out, and more! It literally seems like they have activities every hour. It’s always something different that they can join in, keep them busy and for the seniors to socialize. My mom really loves it here as well. The management, staff and nurses take such good care of my mom and it gives me a peace of mind. All of management are so willing to help make sure everyone has what they need or any assistance they have a cleaning staff that cleans apartments a maintenance department that makes sure everything is working from a light bulb to a/c work and the front desk is very nice and personable everyone makes you feel like a real family atmosphere THANK YOU Montecito FOR EVERYTHING

When I first stopped into The Montecito I saw friendly residents and staff. The more I have been in I see residents outside doing fun activities and they are so friendly. I have gotten to eat some great food as well. I really like how the building is so so clean. The bathrooms are so spotless. All of the staff is really professional as well. My daughter and I were actually baptized at the Montecito along with some of the Seniors and members of our church which we have an amazing Senior service here every other Tuesday and on Sundays. It was such a joy to see seniors be excited about Christ and being baptized. I was excited to be baptized as well. This was one of the best days of my life and I was happy to have it done at The Montecito Senior Living Home.

Montecito is a beautiful senior living facility! The staff is so wonderful and attentive to everyone’s needs. The front desk staff is really pleasant and so ready to assist when you walk through those doors whenever I have come to visit. . I can’t say enough good things about them. They always greet me with a big smile and conversation that it’s obvious they truly care about people. There are so many good people from Housekeeping, Restaurant and Maintenance employees that I would love to recognize each and everyone of them for taking such good care of all The seniors that live here. I know I didn’t mention everyone by name but want all of you to know how much I appreciate you and all that you do for the families every day. Thank you very much, from the bottom of my heart.

The Montecito is beautiful community and one that I enjoy showing my clients. Carol Black is the Community Relations Director, she is knowledgeable and compassionate with my clients putting them at ease. This community also has gorgeous Casitas, which can be a desirable option for someone coming from a home.

We deliver to The Montecito regularly. Check-in is straightforward—reception answers quickly, confirms resident details, and signs for arrangements when a handoff isn’t possible. Visitor parking sits close to the main entrance, which keeps walks short even with larger pieces. Elevators are fast and clearly marked. Late mornings and early afternoons are the smoothest; during school let-out and game nights near P83, traffic on 83rd Ave can slow the last mile, so we plan a small buffer. Overall, organized front desk, clear directions, and reliable access make on-time deliveries the norm here.
