Great facility! The place is very clean with a good staff to resident ratio. It is also a smaller care facility that offer larger care facility amenities. The staff treats the patients with kindness and understanding. I also like the fact that as a family member of a resident, i actually get to know each caregiver and other staff members, right down to the maintenance people and the wonderful lady who runs the laundry facility. They are very quick to respond to any ongoing issues. Update: Monterey Court is closing. Was given 60 days notice. Did my best and was going to leave within 40 days They have now declared they want people gone in 30 days. Not professional at all.

Mary, Executive Director and her team did a great job and providing care for my family member. It seems they are putting the residents care first and the facility is going through some remodel and it is very clean and smells great. Staff are friendly and caring, I would highly recommend his facility for your love one.

I am very pleased with the staff and care, they are so kind and attentive to each person In their care! Food is always warm and flavorful. Their activities director is always working with everyone to make them feel at home and ensuring they are feeling part of the family.
