Why is this place still open is my question. Poorly managed and unprofessional staffing. I removed my loved one from here. Check the ratings before you decide to place your loved one here. No stars. More to come. Currently my sister is in the hospital.

PLEASE SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO ANOTHER FACILITY!!! They mistreat all their residents and Administration knows all this. My loved one was injured there and NOBODY gave family members a call to inform about the incident. Sent my loved one to the hospital and tried to hide it from us. Then the people who witnessed the incident where my loved one ankle is fractured, have since quit or been fired allegedly. State needs to take this place out of business. NO tissue, towels, cleaning wipes or trash bags are available at this place and ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE URINE! So what does housekeeping do??? Medtech and the CNAs sit outside and smoke all day. Also all of her NEW BELONGINGS we’ve brought are missing….stolen by staff obviously 🙄

I visited today with a dear friend. His things had not been unpacked and laundry just laying around. I unpacked his things and picked up trash in the room. Went to the bathroom but the sink had a trash bag over it. Went to the shower room to wash my hands and there was no soap, not to mention towels were were in the sink. No shelves for the towels and no privacy in the shower room. I asked the cleaning lady for some lysol wipes, but she didn't have any. Closet doors were labeled cleaning supplies, so I opened them looking for wipes. I was confronted by a worker there that I was not to open the doors. Well if they don't want the doors open they should lock them. The facility looks fairly clean but does have a odor of urine. The worker that confronted me told me I was being rude. When in fact she was not professional and in my opinion she was rude, she didn't even ask me what I was looking for. I hope someone with some kind of pull reads this. I would think being in health care facility would at least have some sanitary wipes on hand. I find that odd with covid and people at risk such as the elderly.

Visited my Sister at this location today & her room was overbearing with urinal so strong until I had to leave the room due to my breathing problems & pump myself with both my med 's, so I would not have to go to hospital myself.. It was on her bed & all in carpet. when asked why ? was told that they are working replacing the carpet. Sister not able to speak for herself so I guess they just treat her as though , well you can't say anything to us about it so we will take our time. I cried she cried and my other family members cried . So hard to believe that they would treat a human PERSON like this ?? Week 2 short staff not much changes for my sister care. This time I took photos of my sister , look & time of how long it took for staff to come in dining room to check on her and other patients in that area. So sad watching then with no assistance for such long time , I was watching my sister and several other patients were asking for help just wondering around this dining area so sad. #3 week same as before but this time had bugs crawling & she is not eating and she is losing weigh'. so sad how and why they are still open still ???
