This place is awful! Mrs. Wright lives in a bedroom there and is so tight we couldn’t even have ice for drinks.

This owner of this place is so difficult to work with. She's controlling and doesn't want residents with family because they interfere with her rules. She yells at residents, intimidates them, threatens them with being evicted, and if they do anything she doesn't like, she says they will have to leave because they need a "higher level of care" even if that just means they asked for a Band-Aid. Seriously. Look somewhere else for a facility. Your family deserves better than this.
