What they need people that really want to work,stop being phones ,come late,ignore the clients that's they do....proves don't lie

called on behalf of a patient and no one answers the phone. called the 800 phone number to see if someone could help assist and they transferred me to the yellow pages. been on hold for over 10 minutes calling this facility with no one answering the phone. this is horrible
