I toured this community last week with a close friend who is currently exploring options for dementia support in the area. During our visit we had the opportunity to sit down with the Executive Director, Community Specialist, and several other team members. Everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming — staff greeted us warmly and engaged with us as we walked through the building. What stood out most was the genuine passion the team has for the work they do. They spoke proudly about their memory care approach and the training and continuing education they receive to better support residents. It was truly a breath of fresh air to see a team so committed to the people they serve. I would absolutely recommend this community to families who are looking for thoughtful and compassionate dementia support.

We love Morning Pointe. My mother in law did not want to leave her home after 70 years on Lynhurst St. Within a couple days, she was loving it. The staff is amazing. Gwen was the first one I talked to and now each one seems like family. They take pride in the care they give. Morning Pointe, thanks for being such a great place!

More than once, my mom has exclaimed, " I just can't imagine being at a better place than this." We have visited other places and Morning Pointe checked all of the right boxes. From communication with the staff to the homey feel of the hallways and great meals from the dining room, it is truly an Assisted Living Home! Morning Pointe has helped mom have activities and given her a little bit more spunk in her step again.

We love Morning Pointe! I was searching for a place for mom in the Indianapolis area. Amber Slaughter of Care Patrol had given me the name of Morning Pointe to check out. I had a “shortlist” of 18 facilities. When I stepped into Morning Pointe and met with the team, I instantly felt a peace. I still visited the remaining facilities but I knew this was it. My mom loves the amount of activities. When she expressed desire for an activity they didn’t have, they created it! Whenever I visit, the facility is clean and the guests are fed and happy. The staff is kind, skilled and has a low turnover rate. When I’ve visited I’ve seen people upskilling on their computer (senior memory caretaking was a course I saw someone doing) or planning out the next activity. There is just such a peace and loveliness here. There is a beautiful porch at the entry of the property and several courtyards for walking. I know mom can be and is safe and happy here.

At Morning Pointe of Franklin, compassionate care is at the heart of everything they do. Their dedicated nurses, CNA’s and staff work closely with residents to ensure they receive personalized attention and support, whether in assisted living or memory care for those living with dementia like my father-in-law. Residents enjoy well-balanced meals, engaging activities like music, exercise, and “This Day in History,” as well as meaningful moments during daily devotion time. Family involvement is encouraged through events such as Family Night and dementia support meetings designed to help loved ones navigate their caregiving journey. Every day at Morning Pointe is filled with care, community, and connection.
