MORNINGSIDE OF ANDERSON

If you have a loved one in need of compassionate, attentive care and support, Morningside of Anderson is your answered prayer. I cannot speak highly enough of this community and its people. The setting is beautiful and welcoming, but the on-site administration and its staff make it a home. Katherine, Jana, Breonna and Krista demonstrate daily, self-sacrificing leadership that builds confidence. Dedicated Staff (including but not limited to Jessica, Bryan, Dixie, Faye, Destiny, Cheyenne, Jasmine, Wilma and others) provide constant, caring support to your family, often encouraging smiles, laughter, and song. Morningside truly feels like family and home, and it is THANKS to its PEOPLE.

My grandpa (who lived with me) had fallen ill. My life as a student etc was chaotic. He ultimately made the decision to transfer to an assisted living facility. So, I called around. Many answered, but none sounded sincere and welcoming as Katherine did! Katherine made the process a breeze! Answering any questions (trust me, I had ALOT) to going above and beyond out of her way to get my grandpa settled in. Morningside has the best staff, always so friendly, never afraid to help my grandpa or me for that matter. I can honestly say, my grandpa is more taken care of than he ever was at my house. Truly. Morningside is a place I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who may be looking for family or even themselves.

I sit here writing this with tears in my eyes. We could not have asked for a better place for my mother. When we toured and met with the staff we knew this was her new home. Having two family members in two different assisted livings in the state of SC, we have been around the block. We have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. But Morningside doesn’t fit in any of those categories. They are in a level of their own. The entire time my mother was here the staff was consistent and built not only a lasting relationship with my mother, but our entire family. Birthdays, holidays all shared with the staff there. Never once did you see any of them upset, have an attitude or complaint about their work environment. The food always smelled so good walking through, and my mother raved about it. They have activities all day long, everyday. They keep their people active and not stuck in front of a TV all day. The building is super clean and doesn’t have that “smell” that these types of businesses have. We are forever happy with our decision and forever thankful for the care and love the staff had for our family. Morningside of Anderson is a small, family oriented home with a dedicated staff. Katherine Moore, the Director, is bursting with energy and love for the residents. My experience has always been that Dad is well- cared for and respected.

I recently attended Morningside of Anderson's Spring Fling! I was super impressed by the happy atmosphere, amazing food, and great staff that worked together to create a special time for the family and friends in the community. I look forward to future events that Morningside hosts and would definitely recommend you looking into this community.
