RESIDENCES AT GREENWOOD LLC

My mother absolutely loves living at Oaks of Greenwood! The staff are so kind and caring and willing to help in anyway they can to make residents feel cared for and special! So happy we found this place.

Understaffed, poorly trained, and accepts residents that are beyond its capabilities in order to reach corporate goals. Facility is old with something always broken. Safety issues. Local staff not supported by corporate management. All about the $. A ton of corporate growth in a few years has decimated quality. Doesn’t communicate with family. It’s all about the $ and the company with residents put last. Please Do not put your loved one here.

We have been very impressed with this facility and its exceptional staff. The campus is just the perfect size, not too big for my Dad to make it from his room to any area. There are several daily activities organized for the residents and my Dad especially enjoys the meals. Vanessa has gone above and beyond to keep us updated during Dads transition and you can tell that she, along with the staff have a heart for their residents.

Moved my 92 year old Dad in today. Everyone is so welcoming and caring. He felt right at home. Put his bird feeders right outside his window and that made him so happy. I can relax knowing he is safe there.

My family has been so pleased with the quality of care & love shown to our dad at The Oaks of Greenwood. They are treated as one big family while there & it gives us great peace in knowing that not only are his physical needs met, but his mental needs are as well. He’s involved in many daily activities & always mentions the great meals. The rooms are so spacious as well. He really likes his room & the view from his den. We love everyone we’ve met that works there & appreciate the level of compassion that we’ve witnessed given to each resident. We highly recommend a visit!
