Morning Star Assisted Living in Sparks, NV truly deserves recognition for their compassion and professionalism. Although my mother passed away before she was able to move in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire admission process for the memory care unit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and treated our family with genuine care during a very difficult time. Their empathy and willingness to help made a stressful situation feel more manageable, and I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed us. I would absolutely recommend Morning Star to families looking for compassionate memory care.

Great place and my dad is so happy there at the Sparks Morningstar! Nida gave us a great tour and answered all of our questions, and was very responsive when we contacted her throughout the moving process. This facility is clean and welcoming and very well-managed. Great follow through with everything so far: daily activity bulletins all over the building, quick response from maintenance, friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, follow up contacts from management, etc. We have found a wonderful place for my dad to call home!!

After looking at all the senior facilities in Reno, I am so glad I chose Morning Star in Sparks for my grandmother. Everything they have is what I imagined for my grandmother and more. The apartments are spacious with a beautiful view, the daily activities are exciting, the food is delicious, and the staff there are incredibly welcoming. Nida, Amanda, Inga and the whole team made my grandmother feel right at home. I have no doubt that my grandmother is in the best hands.

Cannot say enough about the staff and facility at Morning Star. My parents lived here for 2.5 years. Dad passed away there and they helped so much. They had a special memorial and worked so welll with hospice. They were incredible with both my parents and myself. The food is amazing, the facility clean, the staff wonderful. My mom loved it there. So many little extras that making leaving home less difficult for them. I plan on moving there when I retire!

So far, so good. Will be moving my mom there in a couple of days from another facility. MorningStar has a great lineup of activities. If anyone is bored it will be their own fault. Both Eric and Lori have made the pre-sale & sale experience painless always answering all my questions. If they didn't know, they found out. The building is bright, cheerful and well-appointed. Every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable and solicitous. Icing on the cake - it will actually cost my mom a little less money for what should be a better atmosphere, larger accommodations and perhaps better care.
