Mount Royal Towers

Everyone is so nice friendly pleasant. This facility is a hidden gem, there are so many things to do here. It’s a top of the line living/ rehab care facility. I’m so thankful we were able to experience this place during our Mother’s illness/ rehab.

I wouldn’t take my pet rat there if I had one. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and they don’t know how to talk to people. They are not compassionate they are unprofessional and messy and that is Sapose to be the administrative department. They have roaches ceilings falling in in patients room from a leak the halls smell like urine as well as some patients if they focused on that instead of gossiping and being disrespectful the building would look and smell better. They audits behind and everything but that’s not important to them digging in peoples business is more important so there you have it!!!

Angela has outstanding customer service skills. She is very personable. All the staff are focused on helping visitors. We were greeted by everyone from the moment we entered the facility until we left.

Everyone is very caring and compassionate. They want the best care for my loved one. They have a team approach to his care, they listen to our family concerns and strive to deliver excellent care. We are pleased with the care our loved one is receiving. Brenda at the front desk is awesome! She creates such a warm and inviting arrival for us with her kindness and genuine desire to assist us - no matter the need or request. The entire staff are very nice, cheerful and they try to reduce our stress levels with their assurances of providing quality care.

Absolutely gorgeous building. Really great area, everything was beautiful. Plus you can rent there
