MOUNTAIN TERRACE SENIOR LIVING CBRF

I had recently visited Mountain Terrace , while I had been in Wisconsin, visiting my family and few months ago the facility was clean ,staff where very professional I never seen or heard anything I'd consider unprofessional from staff everyone seemed very happy I stopped to visit family friends they had nothing but gd things to say about the stay so I'm not sure who's posting such foolish comments but they should keep there opinions to themselves instead of voicing them about business

We have had our loved one at Mountain Terrace Senior Living for 9 months. When we first toward the facility it was clean and smelled clean as well. In the last 4 months it seems to be going down hill. "Not enough help" to get all of the day to day tasks done. Cleaning the apartments is very limited. my loved one had an accident that was not cleaned up for days. The laundry is also not getting done as it should. This is not what we were used to seeing. We are told that a lot of the help have quit or have been let go. I think all the help that we have met there are very nice, caring and professional. From what I see the problems lie within the hands of the management/owners. I hope that these issues get better soon. We are not there enough to see everything that goes on, but what we do see needs improvement immediately.

I searched for a memory care facility in the Wausau area for my father and was fortunate to find Mountain Terrace. Sheridan, Theresa and the rest of their team were very easy to work with and made the transition as easy as possible. I like this facility for its home-like setting. The care givers are very responsive to the needs of the residents and are most patient and experienced. I live in Michigan and cannot visit as frequently as I would like, but it is a great comfort knowing my father is safe and receiving quality care. I would recommend Mountain Terrace without hesitation.

Mountain Terrace feels like home. My grandma lives here, and the facility is adorable with a warm atmosphere. My grandma loves all of the activities and is having so much fun trying new things... if she feels like it! She has wonderful relationships with the staff, and I feel confident her needs are being met. I love visiting her all the time and am always so impressed with how nice and helpful the staff is. I'm so happy that we found this place!

Mountain Terrace is the Best of the Best when it comes to Senior Care. The staff is loving and attentive.She was hesitant to move into an assisted living facility, but after interacting with the staff and fellow residents, she truly loves it. The food is excellent and the activities planned keep residents active and involved.Thank you for being there when we can't!!
