MOUNTAIN VIEW RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR THE ELDERLY

Both of my parents received amazing care and love at The Palms at La Quinta Assisted Living and until they both passed. The staff was incredibly caring, from the daily care, nursing staff and ease of communcations from professional management of Rachael and Roland. The Palms treated my parents and our entire family like family and highly recommend The Palms for the best care of your loved ones.

My mom started at The Palms at La Quinta Retirement Living and as her memory needs increased. We moved her to the memory care unit. The level of care and attention I experience was exceptional. They have a loving staff that is always very attentive and hands on to her needs. If you have a loved one who need memory care, I highly recommend them.

My stepfather was a resident at The Palms Memory Care facility for 9 months prior to his passing from dementia. The staff was extremely professional and kind to my stepfather and my mother as we navigated through his final months of life. The progression of his illness was very difficult for our family, yet the staff were very sensitive to our situation and did all they could to ease the stress and anxiety for us. Through it all, we always felt our stepfather was receiving the best care possible in an environment that was kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone going through this type of situation with a loved one.

My father had been at another assisted living home in Palm Springs but the customer experience and care was poor. This led to moving to the The Palms at La Quinta community. The customer experience, the prompt care, and kindness, of all staff is simply outstanding. Quite a contrast vs the last place. The food is great, the sense of community, and activities are first rate. My father is extremely happy. Would recommend the Palms to anyone!

After finding out my father needed memory care, I visited other memory care facilities and the don't even come close to The Palms. The space is bright, cheery, clean and well-decorated. The staff are incredibly special people. They pay attention to what the residents need and are communicative. They are patient, caring and positive. From start to finish, the enrollment is easy and with empathy. I am grateful I have The Palms taking care of my dad since I cannot. I know he is in the best place for him and is well-cared for as well as building a new social network.
