MOUNTAIN VILLA AT KERRVILLE

These people working there are not very friendly and do not treat the patients nearly as good as they should. Do yourself a favor and find another facility for your loved ones!

A horrible place for your love ones, they faver staff that are horrible to the residents. I can honestly say that McDonald's can manage this facility so much better at least you can guarantee McDonald's will get half your order right

About 7 years ago, i moved from SA, to this assisted living. I did not like the 6-8 months i was there. Saw and experienced things that were very unprofessional... Thank The Creator i had family and friends who brought me back home. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here...

Excellent care, individualized attention-strict adherence to carrying out doctor's orders. Every 2 hours each resident is checked on by staff, around the clock. Call lights are answered on average within a minute.
