My mom lives in this senior living facility, everyone is wonderful to her and very kind. From the financial director John to the nurses, Maria, Stella and front office Liz and Mary. The residents seem happy and well cared for, this was the best decision we made regarding my 99 year old mom’s care, thank you to everyone there including her aides who help her daily! However the main corporate head quarters is another story. Border line dicieving and corrupt. Fake and false billing. Doesn’t return calls to answer questions very corrupt and unprofessional.Steve Wernicke

10 Stars! I can’t say enough great things about Mt. Arlington Assisted Living. The staff is so amazing ! They keep the residents very busy with so many fun activities. The entire staff is so kind to all of the residents, including my mom who loves her new home. It is truly like family. My siblings and I highly recommend.

During my recent visit to Mt Arlington Senior Living, I was truly impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making everyone feel right at home. I was particularly impressed by the new administrator, Chris Winnie. Chris has brought a fresh energy and a personal touch that truly resonates with both residents and staff. It’s clear he is committed to fostering a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued. Residents were engrossed in activities, sharing laughter and stories, which created a strong sense of community. It’s clear that Chris and Mt. Arlington Senior Living are dedicated to fostering a supportive and vibrant environment for its residents.

My grandmother is thriving at this facility! The staff, facility and care she is receiving is very impressive. Our family visits daily and are greeted by warm friendly faces every single time. John Caldera calls each of us by name, checks in on her regularly and has been welcoming since the day we met him and chose this facility. Choosing an assisted living can be such a challenge with your aging family member, John and his staff made our transition a smooth one from day one. He showed compassion, warmth and understanding. The nursing staff, Stella, Maria and Catrina are very attentive and kind to our elderly matriarch. We are very relieved she is in a wonderful place. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, up kept thanks to the maintenance crew. Eric is particularly attentive. The facility has daily activities and hosts several family days throughout the year which we enjoyed. Watching our grandmother laugh was fabulous in particular when she was axe throwing!
