Our family worked with Jason Botten and we could not be happier. We were in a difficult position as our mom needed help and could not go back home after her hospitalization and rehab. Jason really listened to our wishes and provided us with resources and options. I really do not know what we would have done without Jason’s assistance. He even took the time to speak with my mother and informed her on all the positives she would experience in a senior community. Thanks Jason for all your help!

February, 2026 Recently, I had a powerful time with this company. My husband was needing to go into a care giving home right away. This put me into a high emotional state with all that was happening . I contacted Ian. Within a few hours he called with choices of places to go look at. He and his staff provided wonderful choices and we had found a home by the next day. I want to say we found this company to be exceptionally efficient, very kind, patient and full of great information to help us find our way. Care Placement went the extra mile. When hospitalization, skilled nursing facilities, and home care became impractical, I turned to Care Placement, which was recommended by Sharp Health Care. This was not an easy assignment for Care Placement - my wife was very overweight, had a terminal diagnosis, was on hospice, had halucinations, was quite particular, and was not always very cooperative. In addition, she had been an RN for decades (medical professionals typically do not make great patients and, by her own admission, she was no exception!). All of this limited the options for board and care homes considerably, but I was able to find a great one through their skillful vetting and recommendations. My wife was treated very well there and I developed good relationships with the staff. I always received fast, professional, and compassionate responses from Care Placement, helping to steer me down the right path and support me even during my wife's stay at the board and care. The process of making critical decisions regarding the care and comfort of my wife and assisting her along the way was tough - that couldn't be helped. But Care Placement made our lives so much better in her last months than they might have been otherwise. Shauna, Celia, and the other staff members were great. I am very grateful to Care Placement and highly recommend them. May your process go as well as possible.
