Mt. Pleasant House

The majority of mount pleasant staff are pleasant and proficient as with any organization they face challenges ,im glad to see people in industry that social facilitate and work as a team to provide services for persons in need it. Has been an honor and a blessing👍

Me and my wife took a tour of the Mount Pleasant house earlier this week and we were very pleased the Staffing super nice living room in the facility is awesome I would recommend this place to anyone looking for assisted living facility me and my wife are moving in on August 14th really looking forward to it

The dirtiest place I’ve ever seen! It should be shut down! Didn’t give my dad his medicine, let my mom lay on the floor for more than 30 minutes waiting for help! So glad there both out of this place

As a social worker in the healthcare field, I found my interactions with this ALF to be far less than desirable. There was almost no communication from the administrator pertaining to a long time resident's return, the administrator nor any of the staff returned my calls or the calls of the disabled resident. (I think between the two of us we probably called about 13 times in 2 days). When I did speak with the administrator, she was actually quite rude with me and I had to remind her what my name is because I do not feel that addressing me as 'honey' is professionally appropriate. Then the administrator sends their driver to pick the patient up without even bothering to call to let the resident or myself know that they were even coming! Although there were several other instances that make me completely ill at ease with this facility, this review only gives so much space. I would give zero stars if I could.

I love Mt. Pleasant House. It’s such a nice community with friendly staff and lovely residents.
