My stepmother spent the last 15 months of her time on Earth at Mustang Creek Estates. Every person there was helpful, kind, and incredibly caring toward her and all of us family. They walked us through all aspects of her declining health and care needs with respect and kindness making everything so much easier for us all. So many times we were gently guided toward decisions that helped so much. On a daily basis the houses are kept clean, comfortable, and filled with great food. The design of multiple smaller houses works out so well! Thank you to all the staff, especially the director Ashley for all they do!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care my mother-in-law has received since moving into the Mustang Creek Estates. From the moment we began the process, Ashley, the Executive Director, went above and beyond to guide us through every detail, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and supported. The entire community has a warm, family-like atmosphere that gave us peace of mind right away. One of the things we appreciate most is the consistent communication. We receive regular updates about my mother-in-law’s care, needs, and overall well-being, which means so much to us. Knowing she’s in such capable and compassionate hands has been a tremendous comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Transformative Partnership at Mustang Creek Allen Since Homage Hospice began partnering with Mustang Creek Allen Assisted Living in May of this year, we have witnessed an incredible transformation within the community. The changes have been both noticeable and deeply meaningful—not only in resident outcomes, but also in the overall atmosphere, teamwork, and quality of care. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the renewed sense of warmth and dedication among the staff. The team has grown stronger, more compassionate, and more attentive to the needs of each resident. Communication has improved tremendously, and the staff now goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, supported, and treated with dignity. Most importantly, the outcomes for the residents themselves have become significantly better. We’ve seen improved continuity of care, quicker responses to changing needs, enhanced emotional support, and a much more unified approach between facility staff and our hospice team. I got the pleasure to tour Mustang Creek with Ashley. The facility itself is clean and accommodating for my mothers needs. I noticed Ashley's professionalism and knowledge right away! Choosing a safe haven for your loved ones can be hard! I noticed Ashley's positive energy and her interactions with other staff members. She was great!!!!! All great attributes to have when choosing a home for my mom!

I recently toured Mustang Creek Assisted Living Facility and was very impressed. The homes were clean and welcoming, and the residents looked happy and well cared for. Ashley, the Executive Director, was wonderful—professional, kind, and clearly passionate about her work. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere. I would feel confident placing my grandmother here, and it also seems like a great place to work.
