Our mom has been here 2 years in House D. We are very pleased with the caregivers at this house. She is loved and well cared for. She loves the staff and the residents. The food seems well prepared and enjoyed by the residents. She really enjoys happy hour on Fridays. McKenzie stayed on site during the bad winter storm to make sure everyone remained safe and also responds quickly to our emails. My sister and I truly appreciate the kindness of the caregivers.

Both of my parents lived in Assisted Living at Mustang Creek Estates in Keller. My dad recently passed at the age of 91 from Alzheimer’s. I really appreciate the care that Johnathan and Tiffany gave to him and our family in the last month of his life. Both of these staff leaders were very kind and caring even in the difficult aspects of my dad’s disease. They dressed him and cleaned him up and met his needs when we were unable to. They responded to my concerns and were transparent with my dad’s struggles. I thank the Lord for them both. My mom is still living at Mustang Creek Estates, and the staff has been very loving and caring with her as she deals with the loss of her husband of 68 years. Keona has encouraged and loved on both me and my mom. I so appreciate her hard work and ready smile. There are no perfect places, and Mustang Creek is not perfect. However, they are caring and available, and when I ask for help, they respond. I might add, Mark, their go to facilities manager, is a great guy to have around when you need something fixed. I offer a very heartfelt thank you to Mustang Creek, Keller.

We are deeply grateful for Jonathan and the entire team at Mustang Creek for the care they showed our mom during her time there. From the very beginning, the staff created an environment that felt warm, respectful, and genuinely attentive to the residents and their families. Jonathan was consistently kind, supportive, and responsive to our family’s needs during an incredibly stressful season. What stood out most was his honesty and compassion. He was always transparent about what he could and could not do, and that honesty built tremendous trust. Even when something wasn’t possible, he did everything he could to help us feel supported and cared for. He formed a genuine, loving relationship with our mom, something we saw reflected in many of the connections he built with other residents as well. Most of the staff treated residents with dignity, patience, and warmth, and that meant the world to our family. Whenever we had concerns, Jonathan would step in and train those staff members that reported to him. The fact that Jonathan attended our mom’s memorial service meant more to us than words can express. It spoke to the depth of care he carries not just as a professional, but as a human being. Jonathan is caring, capable, intelligent, and brings warmth and humor into difficult moments. We feel incredibly fortunate that he, and the wonderful team at Mustang Creek, were part of our mom’s journey and our family’s experience.

My mom went to Mustang Creek with very special needs back in March of 2025. Needs that most other places would not even consider taking her for. They accepted her and accommodated each of those needs and did so with a level of care and respect that allowed her to maintain her dignity. Johnathan, the now assistant director there, built an amazing bond with my mother and was our main advocate and support there. When mom passed away in October 2025, he was physically there with us, holding our hands and supporting us every way he could. He even came to her funeral. We are eternally grateful for Johnathan and the staff there, for the level of care, support and friendship they provided.

My initial thoughts about the facility were great. Good place for my grandmother to be. But since being here since 2024 every year the price goes up $500. They say its to pay staff but the staff has gotten worse. Im the one cleaning her room. Trust me I know my grandma can be difficult but things that the staff is supposed to do don't get done. And on top of that its a high turnaround with the staff. I feel like I'm $500 from being priced out and will have to move her. Started at $3800 now we're at $4600. Ridiculous
