As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation driver, I have the privilege of visiting many assisted living facilities across the area — and I can confidently say Mustang Creek stands out in the best way. Every time I pick up or drop off residents here, I see how well cared for and respected they are. The facility is always clean, organized, and calm, and the staff consistently shows patience and genuine compassion. I want to give a special acknowledgment to April, the administrator at Building C. She is truly exceptional. April is always professional, warm, and attentive to the needs of every resident. She makes sure transportation is smooth, communicates clearly, and ensures residents are prepared and supported for their appointments. Her leadership is evident in the positive atmosphere throughout the building. From my perspective on the outside looking in — this is a place where people are truly cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to any family searching for a safe and loving home for their loved one.

This facility feels like home. April, Lorene, and their staff are always pleasant. Everyday we are greeted with smiles and "Good Morning." You can tell from design of the properties which yield itself to an incredulous feeling of "home sweet home," to the entire staff that they truly care about the residents and family members. So many commercials perpetuate the notion that they employ a caring and loveable staff, but this location actually holds true to the promise of taking care of your loved ones. Whether it's your parents, your spouse, or your brother, or sister, you can rest assured that they will be given optimal care at this facility. I once believed that anyone who worked in this business was there because of the compassion they possessed for seniors. I have come to discover that Mustang Creek Estates is one of the rare facilities that actually hold true to this mindset and demeanor.
