MY NEW HOME - LODI GARDENS

My family member as been living here for 5+ years and we think she feels like she is in a country club. So much wonderful attention from the staff, fresh meals prepared for her, walks in the neighborhood and great company from other resident. She has spend many hours enjoying the fresh air and walks in the safe patio. The staff is loving and the feeling is mutual. She loves them right back. The care and communication has been terrific. Our family feels very fortunate that we found such a compatible and wonderful new home for her. She has been very happy which is what every family member wants for their loved one.

My mother has been at My New Home for nearly two years now. I've come to realize we lucked out by getting a spot here. It's run by a caring, patient family who show their care in so many ways. They hire cheerful, competent staff. They are continuously upgrading the facility, both inside and out. The back patio is a lovely space with a new shade structure and big table and benches. I see them preparing real home-cooked, luscious-smelling dinners every time I'm there. They've provided a few holiday feasts that include the families of the residents that were joyful occasions. They have three delightful children. They may represent the highest recommendation of all. Bright, well-adjusted kids speak volumes in regard to their parents. Bravo and thank you, Diep and Pontius!

My 93-year-old Mother has been living at My New Home on Lodi St in Clairemont for 9 years. I was satisfied with the accommodations prior to the new ownership but since the new owners have begun managing the facility 3 years ago I have been trilled! Changes in the floor plan have made the common area and bathrooms far more user friendly and accessible. It is always clean and smells like home.The outdoor area is very pleasant, free of fall risks with easy access. The staff at My New Home are always welcoming and unannounced drop-in visits are no problem. I am often present when meals are prepared and served and am able to say they've always been nutritious and appetizing. My Mom gets immediate attention to her needs and she is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this facility for even the most dependent high needs resident like my Mom.

My wife has been a guest at My New Home for 7 years. During this time she has received compassionate emotional and physical care. They maintain a staff of qualified and friendly workers. We are very lucky to have found them during our time of need.
