I would give 0 stars if there was an option. My mother was treated horrible there. They didn't give her the proper medications, canceled a pre-arranged doctor's appt. with no notice to the doctor or the family, lied about personal items being lost and being thrown away. No professionalism with regards to administrative paperwork and billing. Still billing family trying to get over $4000.00 from us after paying the $9,130 up front. Old facility and their "private" room was not very clean. I would not take a loved one there if you need help. Update: It took you 4 Years to Reply to my comment?!!! My Mother died 2 weeks after her "stay" with your neglectful care. We have no proof of mistreatment except her recall of being raped by a staff person and her health declining rapidly. She was admitted to Bay Area Hospital with multiple conditions NEVER addressed at your facility! I doubt the name change and new owners have done anything different.
