Nazareth Center

This is a wonderful facility for senior living! They have a great staff with full time nursing support and one of the highest count of staff to resident I have observed. The rooms were really great too. They are much larger than any other facility we visited in Kalamazoo and had high ceilings, ceiling fans and very nice Kitchenettes. We had the chance to have lunch when we visited and the buffet had great salad and soup in addition to multiple entree choices. My dad loved the food. Plus staff helped bring the food to the table and helped with drinks too. As I said, great staff. Tammy gave us a great tour. They did not have a room available for a couple so we couldn’t make it work, but we wish we could. Additionally the resident population is about 75% retired nuns who were all very kind and friendly. On premise sanctuary would have been loved by my mom. I highly recommend this facility if you’re considering a place for assisted living. Great rooms, great staff, great food, AND it was also the best value financially.
