New Albany Nursing And Rehabilitation Center

If i could give them no stars I would because they refused to give my daughter her medince. It smelled of unrine. The care services are bad they wont bath them they wipe them down. The beds are rusted. They wouldnt serve any meals. New people didn't want to eat because of the smell.

This place is so short staffed that if there was an emergency they wouldn't know it cause they never answer the call lights. I feel so sorry for the people who live here and depend on the people who work here. Its down right ridiculous. The physical therapist are really great though. If insurance would approve for my father to go somewhere else we would be out of this place so fast their heads would spin. Please take your loved ones somewhere other than here.

I stayed here for a month!! My rehab instructor, micheal was very nice & patient with me. He would be very encouraging & made me want him to be proud!! The nurses & assistants were very nice & caring. They gave me the best care. Im so happy i chose to stay at new albany nursing home!! They spoiled me rotten, i hated to leave!! The director, ann was very attentive to my needs. She would make it a point to make sure i was comfortable!! Like i said, they were all very caring!!

Very poor patient care at this nursing home. They broke my moms leg transferring to/from wheelchair to bed. I asked for a report and none was given all I received was a bill in the mail. She died in there care and I would never again put a loved one in this place its is the worst.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. They constantly forgot to give my husband his meals, would not give him his meds, bugs in the bathroom and his toilet was not working. Do not put a loved one in here.
