NEW CASSEL RETIREMENT CENTER

The residents and staff are amazing and the people make it feel like home.

Stopped in today and was able to take a tour with Jason. WOW! This place is beyond INCREDIBLE! They literally have everything you can think of! We’re talking hair salon, mani/pedi, gift shop, fitness center, library, a BEAUTIFUL chapel, coffee bar, a podiatrist in house, and FREE ice cream!! While Jason was giving me a tour, you could tell how much the residents adored this man. I met some of the other staff members and they were all kind as well. All in all, I would without a doubt place my family members here! ❤️❤️

From day one, they've made her feel at home and treated her with the kindness and respect she deserves. My sister was at New Cassel for over eight years. She was treated with dignity and love. The nursing staff and med aids were amazing. You could feel the warmth of every employee from the front desk to the maintenance men. Her care was outstanding. I am so thankful to each person who extended kindness to her. Mom was in New Cassel for four years and loved every minute. Staff is caring, helpful and respectful to the residents. Daily mass and three healthy meals provided daily. I enjoyed eating there with mom when I could (one has to remember the poor cooking staff is cooking for 100+ grandmothers who each have an opinion on how much salt or sugar to add). Residents are friendly and there’s a book club, bingo and Scrabble (am sure there’s more). They refurbished their downstairs and it’s a great area for meetings and movie night. Carpeting was being renewed this week. The medical staff was great and they deliver the residents meds to ensure they are getting the proper doses and at the proper times. Free ice cream on Wednesdays and Fridays too!
