I came by yesterday to pick up mom for Thanksgiving. I wanted to say the paint, curtains, decor, furniture make such a difference!! It really looks nice!! I hope the rooms can someday be redone too. Mattresses, bedding etc. I'm sure it's a progression & money plays a big part. New Era has been so dreary, dark, not the cleanest & sad for SOOOOO long. Honestly, it's one reason Ive always wanted to move my mom but the staff has always been good to us & we can't afford other places. New era definitely has potential. Thank you so much again for brightening it up :-) I pray things continue to go up in positive ways from here!!

I’ve seen a real difference in this facility over time. There’s been noticeable progress and continued improvement in both the environment and the overall atmosphere. It’s clear that the team is investing their resources into enhancing the quality of care, the comfort of the residents, and the facility itself. The staff are positive, supportive, and create a genuine sense of community that makes this a warm and welcoming place to be.

The facility administrator Miss Cocker was fantastic. The facility looked amazing on the inside and outside. Maintenance crew was doing a fantastic job keeping up with everything. The facility was clean smelled good and the staff was very attentive and informative. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone who may be in need.
