My mom had to find a place quickly as she was being kicked out of the adult foster care home she had been living in for a few years. We found New Friends of Coos Bay. I worked with Scott primarily. After all the assessments etc, she was accepted into New Friends. Scott was awesome through the entire process. I just came back from visiting th facility. The staff are super friendly, they offer a lot of activities daily, the food menu looked really good. The rooms are private with a shared bathroom with the person on the other side. Rooms are spacious. My mom seems to be fitting in really well. Thanful we were able to find them.

What a journey this has been. After months of struggling with our father's dementia we decided it was time to put him in a care setting. We researched and toured several facilities before setting on New Friends of CB. As his condition worsened, this process became more stressful. The shining star though all of it was Scott Stewart. He was always able to answer questions and so patient. When it finally came time to move Dad in he was there and made the whole experience calm and organized. He's still following up afterward and handling any concerns. Shelene the administrator has also been so kind and professional. We are all relieved and don't think we could have found a better place for Dad.
