BARCLAY AT LITTLE RIVER

My mother has been a resident at The Barclay since shortly after it opened. We could not be happier. I knew as soon as I met Kimberly Todd in the sales process that it was the place for mom. Everyone in the community is friendly and caring and would do anything to help my mother. From the Executive Director, Holley, to the Wellness Director, Tracy, to each of the care team, activities team and dining services team all provide excellent care. They are communicative, informative and responsive. I’ve worked in healthcare all over the US, and I know if you’re looking for a great place for your loved one, choose The Barclay at Little River!

I can not say enough about New Haven! My mom has been at New Haven for the past two years in the Memory Care unit. Tracy McCray, Director of Residential Services and her Staff have been COMPLETELY AMAZING! The love and compassion is so obvious and being almost 4 hours away I always have felt my mom is in good hands. Always just a phone call away. I am extremely saddened to leave New Haven, but with our moms failing health we need her closer to home. I will be forever grateful to Tracy and her team for all they have done for my mom- EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! A beautiful facility with many caring folks. 🙏🏻

I toured facility last week. The staff was very welcoming especially time we spent with Kathleen Douglass who spent 4-5 hours with us on site & even came to our home to assess Paul. She is very compassionate, loving & knowledgeable about the disease of dementia. I’m Paul’s wife, my daughter & sister were welcomed with her kind & caring manor. Facility clean & beautiful & met couple residence while touring that were so happy with their home there. One even had his dog visiting him. I just can’t say enough about Kathleen & New Haven. She has called & checked in on us a couple of times since we visited. She let us know that she was always available if we needed anything or had any questions. This is true Christian understanding and compassion! We were blessed by our visit to New Haven! God bless them Mimi Sheets

This is a wonderful place for Seniors ready to move from a stand alone home to an independent living facility. New Haven has a staff compliment that make residents feel at home. Plenty of activities, 3 good meals, happy hour, and so much more. New Haven also has assisted living and memory care. There is great leadership at the top and staff ready to serve. Take a tour. You will not regret it.

So very happy with the services and the staff of New Haven. My mother and our family are so appreciative of the outstanding leadership at New Haven. The staff are so friendly, kind and compassionate.
