New Heights Assisted Living

After making the most difficult decision that it had become necessary to find a memory care home for our dear mom, we found New Heights. It has been a true blessing. Sarah Thomas is passionate about aging with purpose and dignity and grace. She is an excellent leader, and she finds the best of the best to work along side her in caring for our seniors. The staff are more than caregivers, they genuinely love their residents like their own family. Having my mom in their care gives me great peace of mind, and I would highly recommend them to others. I can't say enough good things about New Heights. I kept my mother in her house long after it was safe -- she was all alone subsisting on meals-on-wheels, canned soup and frozen foods and my once-a-week visit. Thankfully I found New Heights before something major happened. They are mission driven. The owner and her whole crew redefine the meaning of care. Not only providing safety, nutrition and living assistance but also the human touch and enrichment activities for their minds, body and soul. My mother's worst fear was being placed in a "facility" -- this is not a facility, it's a home.
